Terms of Service
1) Scope
These Terms govern access to and use of the Fastry service, including the website, web application, and Chrome extension (“Service”).
2) Service Description
Fastry provides AI-assisted workflows for drafting replies/posts, discovery tools, and related configuration features. Outputs are generated automatically and require user review before publishing. Fastry does not automatically post content on your behalf unless explicitly implemented and authorized by you.
3) Account Registration and Security
- Registration/login is currently provided via Google OAuth.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must not use the Service to:
- violate laws or third-party rights (including IP, privacy, or confidentiality),
- generate unlawful, harmful, harassing, or abusive content,
- bypass limits, reverse engineer, scrape, or compromise infrastructure,
- violate third-party platform terms (e.g., X/LinkedIn/Reddit rules).
We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, security risks, or legal obligations.
5) Plans, Billing, Renewal, Cancellation
- Paid plans and prices are shown at checkout and/or in the billing portal.

- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
- You can manage/cancel subscriptions in the billing settings/portal.
- Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
6) Consumer Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)
If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital services, if you request immediate performance during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that your withdrawal right may expire once performance begins, the withdrawal right may expire as permitted by law. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
7) Intellectual Property
The Service, software, branding, and UI are protected by intellectual property rights. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Service under these Terms.
8) Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, or partially discontinue the Service for technical, legal, or business reasons. We aim for availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
9) Liability
